Mpfariseni Mudau

EXPERIENCE
Mpfari has 19 years of experience in geological and geostatistical modeling, exploration, and mining geology. He has experience in copper, gold, platinum, chrome, iron ore, phosphate, zinc, coal, limestone, and heavy mineral sands. He has advanced knowledge in Mineral Resource Estimation and has compiled numerous Mineral Resource reports in accordance with the requirements of various regulatory requirements or codes (SAMREC, Regulation S-K 1300, JORC, and NI43-101), and he has participated in several company press releases. He has conducted various Mineral Resource reviews and audits for large mining firms. He has experience in database management and quality control implementation and in addition to that, he gained experience in the operational mines, exploration projects, and consulting environment. He has conducted technical field investigations and resource modeling for projects in Zimbabwe, Namibia, Ivory Coast, Sudan, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the Republic of South Africa. He has also been involved in resource modelling for projects in Angola, Zambia, Nigeria and Mali. He has acted as a Competent Person (CP) or a Qualified Person (QP) on numerous projects.

David Whittaker

EXPERIENCE
David has over 40 years’ experience within the minerals industry. His career has encompassed management, production, mineral resource estimation and exploration. David has undertaken Mineral Resource estimations for gold, uranium, lead, zinc and vanadium. He has held the position of Competent Person at mine and corporate level. His experience at MRM level has provided him with a holistic understanding of all the mineral resource disciplines.

Steven Michael Rupprecht

EXPERIENCE
Steve has more than 40 years providing mining engineering services as a Consulting Mining Engineer. Work includes Safety Audits, Due Diligence, Completion Studies, Independent Technical Reviews, Competent Person Reports (CPR’s), Feasibility to Scoping Studies, and Mineral Asset Valuations. Project inputs include study manager, mine method selection, mine design and scheduling, equipment selection, U/G material handling, capital and operating cost estimation, mineral reserve estimation, financial modelling and mineral asset valuations. Have conducted several feasibility studies and technical audits for the mining of tailings material since 2005.
Work includes a mixture of both surface and underground mining. Commodities include Gold, Copper, Cobalt, Chrome, PGMs, Iron Ore, Fluorspar, Lead, Zinc, Bauxite, Nickel, Tin, Tungsten, Coltans, Mineral Sands, Phosphate, Uranium, Diamonds, and Coal. Areas of expertise include underground mine logistics, technical/economic reviews, safety audits, Mineral Reserve Estimations and Audits, mine design planning & scheduling, access development, evaluation of new technologies, and mine planning and mine design training surface and underground.
